Frequently Asked Questions
Do I own my website?
Yes — completely. The domain is registered in your name, and the files that make up your site belong to you. If you ever decide to move to a different host, you take everything with you.
What do I use to actually build the pages?
Every plan comes with access to cPanel and a one-click WordPress installer. You get a real hosting environment — not a locked-down website builder — so you can use any theme or plugin you want.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. WordPress's block editor lets you build pages by dragging and clicking. If you can write an email, you can update your own website. That said, if you do know code, nothing is stopping you from getting into the files directly.
What does "free SSL" actually mean?
SSL is the padlock you see in the browser address bar. It encrypts traffic between your site and your visitors, and Google uses it as a ranking signal. Every plan comes with a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate installed automatically — no extra steps.
How many email accounts do I get?
It depends on your plan — Starter includes a handful, Business and Pro include more. All email is hosted under your own domain (you@yourdomain.com), not a generic Gmail or Yahoo address.
What if I get stuck?
You can message me directly through the dashboard. I answer by 7PM on weekdays. I'm not a ticket system — I'm a real person who built this, and I'll help you figure it out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the DIY plans. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your files stay yours — I'll help you move them if you need to.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Starter is for a simple personal or small business site — one domain, basic resources. Business adds more storage, bandwidth, and email accounts for a growing operation. Pro is for power users who need maximum resources or want to run multiple sites under one plan.
