You get a full export of your site files and a handover guide so you or another developer can take it anywhere. You own the domain — it stays with you no matter what.
The site itself stores no client data — it's a static Astro site, so there's nothing to breach. Contact forms don't collect session notes or insurance info. That said, I'm not a compliance attorney — if you use a third-party scheduling or telehealth tool, that tool's HIPAA standing is between you and them.
You can, but you don't have to. Minor text and photo updates are included in the plan — just message me through the dashboard and I'll handle it. If you want direct access to edit things yourself, I can set that up too.
